Dr. Holly Lucille, ND, RN, is a nationally recognized and licensed naturopathic doctor, educator, natural products consultant, and television and radio host. She is also the author of several books including Creating and Maintaining Balance: A Women’s Guide to Safe, Natural, Hormone Health and The Healing Power of Trauma Comfrey.
An acclaimed expert in the field of integrative medicine, Dr. Lucille lectures on a variety of natural health topics. Her appearances include national media programs and networks such as Dr. Oz and The Doctors. She is regularly quoted in both consumer and peer journals, and was listed in Time magazine’s “Alt List” as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People.” In 2012 she launched her own talk show, “Myth-Defying with Dr. Holly and is now the host of the podcast “Mindful Medicine” on RadioMD and Itunes.

Laura Culberson Farr
Laura Culberson Farr has served as Executive Director of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians since 2017, and was the Executive Director of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians for 12 years prior. A political organizer by training, her advocacy work as a grassroots organizer and consultant spans over 20 years.
Among her leadership roles, Mrs. Farr has worked on several landmark ballot measures in Oregon, including passage of Vote by Mail and several measures to increase tobacco taxes as a public health policy to decrease cigarette use. She has also worked on many successful legislative advocacy campaigns ranging from creating smoke-free workplaces to expanding the naturopathic formulary.
She has a deep knowledge of the complexities of healthcare reform, and has become an expert on how naturopathic doctors, conventional clinics and insurers can work together to improve patient care and reduce healthcare costs. She is married to a naturopathic physician and is passionately committed to integrating naturopathic medicine into primary care systems across the country.
Maurice Werness, ND
Naturopathic Doctor, specializing in preventing, treating, and reversing all chronic diseases using clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, mind/body medicine and physical medicine in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Dr. Werness is a popular public speaker both nationally and internationally on leadership, motivation and a wide variety of health topics. He was an invited guest lecturer on Natural Medicine at Duke University, Bowman Gray Medical School (Wake Forest University), University of North Carolina, Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Toronto Canada), Bastyr University, National College of Naturopathic Medicine, and for the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine, Queen Elizabeth II Atlantic crossing, 1992. He served on staff at Dean Ornish MD’s retreat Program for Reversing Heart Disease without Drugs or Surgery (1991-1993)
Dr. Werness has been a radio and TV show host, is the author of “Anxiety and Stress, Hypoglycemia and Diabetes, Women’s Health, and Pain” a collaborative effort of practitioners of natural medicine (1994) and is a formulator, developer, distributor and advisor to the natural products industry. He is the principal developer of the Lifestyle System “Blueprint for Life”. Michael Cronin, ND
Dr. Michael Cronin has been practicing Naturopathic medicine in Arizona since 1982. Dr. Cronin did his residency in Physical Medicine. He practices full time with a clinical focus on pain, repairing injuries and restoring function using Regenerative Injection Therapy (RIT, prolotherapy and Platelet therapy) integrated with full scope naturopathic medicine. Dr. Cronin was a founding board member of the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injection and is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pain Management.
Dr. Cronin has been active for 30+ years in the professional development of Naturopathic medicine by demonstrating a commitment to improving people’s health and quality of life by evolving the practice of naturopathic medicine and advancing the availability and licensing of Naturopathic physicians nationally and internationally.
Dr. Cronin is a founding board member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Dr. Cronin is the founder of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and its president from 1992 to 1997. Dr. Cronin is chair Integrative Medical Consortium, President of the American Association of Naturopathic Medicine (2012/13) and is on the Board of Trustees of National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.
Michelle Simon, PhD, ND
As president and CEO of INM, Dr. Simon brings her passion for working with organizations dedicated to improving the quality and delivery of healthcare. This desire stems from her years of practice as a licensed naturopathic physician. In addition to holding a Naturopathic Doctorate from Bastyr University she also holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She has served on boards for the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), the Naturopathic Physicians Research Institute (NPRI), and several advisory boards. Dr. Simon served nine years on the Washington State Health Technology Clinical Committee, as Ambassador to the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM) and was recognized as 2018 AANP Physician of the Year. Dr. Simon shares with her husband a passion for adventure travel, preferably by boat or motorcycle. She also enjoys teaching a women’s off-road motorcycling class.
Razi Ann Berry is the host of the Natural Cancer Prevention Summit and publisher of the award-winning journal Naturopathic Doctor News & Review, The International Journal of Naturopathic Medicine and preventive health resource NaturalPath. Her personal journey from illness to health was the catalyst to a career in the field of naturopathic medicine. She has spent the last decade educating people to live healthier more purposeful lives through publications that bring together leaders in natural and preventive medicine, as well as empowering millions of people to embrace the philosophy that “Prevention is the Best Cure.”
Thom Kruzel, ND
Thomas A. Kruzel N.D. is a naturopathic physician who is in private practice at the Rockwood Natural Medicine Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. He received a BA in Biology from the California State University at Northridge, and his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Kruzel is also a board-certified Medical Technologist. He completed 2 years of Family Practice Medicine residency at the Portland Naturopathic Clinic where he was chief resident and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine prior to entering private practice. He has been an Associate Professor of Medicine at National College of Naturopathic Medicine where he has taught Clinical Laboratory Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Clinical Urology. He is the author of the Homeopathic Emergency Guide, A Quick Reference Handbook to Effective Homeopathic Care published by North Atlantic Books and the Natural Medicine Pediatric Home Health Advisor and has published numerous articles in The Journal of Naturopathic Medicine as well as other publications. He is also the past president of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and was selected as Physician of the Year by the AANP in 2000 and Physician of the Year by the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association in 2003.
