INM’s current Deputy Director, Wyn is a multidisciplinary professional with particular expertise in strategic communications, resource development, and non-profit operations. Wyn draws on his background as a journalist and media professional to inspire and build compelling narratives that help drive change. Utilizing his broad skillset, he strives to lead by example and give his team the tools, resources, and structure to become invested partners in INM’s transformative mission.

Bio
Wyn Delano is INM’s Deputy Director. He brings a wide-ranging skillset of communications expertise, organizational strategy, resource development, and operational excellence to support the Institute’s bold mission to bring whole person approached to health mainstream.
Prior to his tenure at INM, Wyn worked as an on-air radio reporter in Washington D.C, covering stories of national importance and cultivating relationships with key local and national sources.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic and, Wyn pivoted away from the news and used his media and technical skills to develop a bold new brand design and outreach strategy for the Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians as their Social Media and Marketing Manager. Later, Wyn was hired on the INM team as a podcast editor and producer. Soon after, he was promoted to Chief of Staff and now sits as Deputy Director for the organization. He is deeply grateful to be able to leverage the many skills nurtured throughout his career to help lead INM toward a bold and bright future.
