Education
While Bill does not have a formal education in the field of applied nutrition, largely because when he entered this field no such type of formal training existed, he feels that education is a lifelong process.
Therefore, his education is a blend of formal seminars and workshops taught by experts in the field, combined with a wide range of personal study consisting of hundreds of books, scientific journals, papers and articles.
