Stephanie Berg, JD, ND

Stephanie Berg, JD, ND, is a licensed Attorney and Naturopathic Doctor in California. A graduate of Stanford Law School, Bastyr University California, and Princeton University, she practiced business law for six years before transitioning to naturopathic medicine, specializing in women’s health. Stephanie now offers legal services to naturopathic doctors and integrative health practitioners, drawing from her dual background. She focuses on helping professionals navigate the online healthcare landscape, especially in telemedicine. Additionally, she serves as Legal Counsel to the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA).

Bio

Stephanie Berg, JD, ND is a California licensed Attorney and Naturopathic Doctor. She received her Law degree from Stanford Law School, her Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University California, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University. She practiced business law for six years at major law firms and as in-house counsel for a financial advising company prior to attending naturopathic medical school. She then spent a year working as a naturopathic doctor in a women’s health clinic. She now combines her passions and expertise by providing legal services to naturopathic doctors and integrative health practitioners to help them build, protect and expand their practices. Her experience working as a lawyer and as a naturopathic doctor provide her a unique perspective and ability to counsel her clients. She is particularly passionate about consulting with clients to assist them in developing their businesses online as health care moves more and more to a virtual interface. In addition to general business and naturopathic medical law, she specializes in telemedicine/telehealth. She is Legal Counsel to the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA), providing legal consulting in support of their members to help advance the profession.
