I am a seasoned professional with 11 years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in Operations and Quality across customer service, customer support, and back-office functions. I also bring 8 years of remote work experience as an Executive Assistant and Quality Analytics professional, supporting leaders and teams with efficiency, structure, and insight. Prior to BPO, I built a strong foundation in sales within the automotive and real estate sectors.
I studied Accountancy and completed a degree in Marketing at Notre Dame University and the Philippine School of Business Administration, and I also hold a diploma in Culinary Arts. Outside of work, I enjoy creating food trays for friends and family and previously ran a small baking business selling cakes, cookies, and dessert bars. I love traveling, discovering less-visited places, and capturing moments through photography. I share my home with two cats and a Beagle and have a deep appreciation for Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. I live by the belief: “Be the change you want to see in the world.
