Dr. Massa is a research scientist in the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and director of research for the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative. With more than 25 years of experience across epidemiology, public health, and nutrition science, her work integrates chronic disease prevention with neuroepidemiology and environmental health. She has led influential cohort studies and clinical research collaborations examining relationships among diet, lifestyle, and environmental exposures, with a focus on advancing culinary and lifestyle medicine in clinical practice.
