Dr. Massa is a research scientist in the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and serves as director of research for the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative. With more than 25 years of experience across epidemiology, public health, and nutrition science, her work integrates environmental health, neuroepidemiology, and chronic disease prevention. She has led large cohort studies and clinical research collaborations examining relationships among diet, lifestyle, and environmental exposures, with a focus on advancing culinary and lifestyle medicine in clinical practice.
