James Howard, MD, MS
Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, Healthtopia Clinics
Dr. Howard is a board-certified emergency physician who has worked in numerous emergency departments throughout Southern California. A founder of Healthtopia and currently chief operating officer, he has multifaceted experience in healthcare transformation, health services research, disaster preparedness, aeromedical retrievals, and general medical practice. Dr. Howard completed medical school at the University of Hawaii; an emergency medicine residency at University of California, Irvine; and an EMS fellowship at the University of California, San Diego.
