Dr. Adam Sadowski, ND, MS is INM’s Primary Care Task Force Chair. He is currently a second-year resident physician and research investigator at the National University of Natural Medicine where he also obtained a Master of Science in Integrative Medicine Research. He is passionate in delivering patient-centered primary care services through an evidence-based approach with research and clinical interests in cardiometabolic disorders and improving vaccine hesitancy.

Bio
Adam Sadowski, ND, MS, is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine currently practicing in Vermont after completing 3 years of residency training in Oregon. Originally a native from New York and a son of two Polish immigrants, he completed his medical education at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and served as the Chief Resident at a Tier 4 Patient Centered Primary Care Home affiliated through NUNM.
During his residency, he provided care in both urban and rural community health clinics as well as Family Medicine settings. He has additionally published in several peer-reviewed journals as a research investigator and student-mentor at NUNM’s Helfgott Research Institute. He currently sits as the Chair for the Institute of Natural Medicine Primary Care Task Force and his clinical interests include preventive cardiology, diabetes, obesity, HIV PrEP, Hepatitis C, vaccinations, minor surgery, and integrating lifestyle medicine through an evidence-based approach. When not focusing on medicine, he can be seen training for triathlons, weight lifting, and cooking.
