Whole Person Health
Action Network
An emerging INM initiative
The Whole Person Health Action Network seeks to powerfully improve public awareness of whole person approaches to health by focusing on messaging and interprofessional alignment in a new and unique way.
About 80% of the traditional, complementary, and integrative healthcare (TCIH) community agrees on what good medicine looks like. Yet, public communication from individual provider associations often focuses on the 20% that differentiates them to stay relevant in a competitive market.
These gaps in messaging create unnecessary confusion, eroding public trust around whole health approaches and sidelining acknowledged experts in national conversations.
Building on widespread public support for prevention and healthy living, the Action Network aims to close these gaps by forming strategic interprofessional partnerships with key TCIH provider associations, aligning communications, and providing professional-level media training and expertise that goes beyond individual provider types.
Together, we seek to advance clear, evidence-informed approaches to whole person health for the public in an unbranded and unified way that emphasizes collaboration instead of competition.
It’s the next evolution of INM’s commitment to providing accessible, independent, and high-quality education on natural and whole person approaches to health directly to the public. More updates coming soon!
