INM and F4CP Partner to Promote Whole Person Health Awareness and Education

In This Article:

The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP) is the newest organization partnering with INM in advancing whole person health initiatives across the nation. INM and F4CP will work together to enhance visibility for Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs) and strengthen media and messaging alignment as part of INM’s growing Whole Person Health Action Network.

United by a shared commitment to public education and a desire for consistent communication around whole person health care, the organizations will collaborate to promote a broader adoption of preventive, patient-centered approaches to care.

“We are thrilled to work alongside the F4CP and deepen our connection to DCs,” says INM President and CEO Michelle Simon, PhD, ND. “Chiropractic stands ready to bring a fundamental element of musculoskeletal health and non-pharmacologic pain management to whole person health provider teams nationwide.”

Focusing on mutual goals, INM and F4CP will pursue four key objectives:

  1. Collaborate internally and alongside other healthcare stakeholders to strengthen messaging, terminology, and communications related to whole person health and integrated care approaches.
  2. Increase mainstream awareness of how DCs practice evidence-informed, person-centered care through INM’s Whole Person Health Action Network.
  3. Leverage F4CP’s expertise to support continuing medical education (CME) training opportunities that introduce conventionally-trained clinicians and stakeholders to the potential for DCs to support a whole person approach to health.
  4. Educate consumers about DCs by including them as subject matter experts in INM’s leading natural health content on naturemed.org.

“The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress is proud to collaborate with INM to advance our shared commitment to helping communities thrive,” says F4CP President, Sherry McAllister, MS(ed), DC, CCSP, FACC. “By aligning with INM’s mission-driven approach to whole person, evidence-based care, we can strengthen the impact of experts dedicated to improving the health, vitality, and prosperity of the people we serve.”
