Bio

Dr. Elidania Perez grew up in a family where herbs and natural remedies were central to health, instilling in her a deep respect for traditional healing practices from an early age. This foundation inspired her desire to give patients more options for healing beyond the limitations of standard medicine. She began her career in clinical trials research, where she quickly recognized a significant gap in healthcare: symptoms were often dismissed as “normal,” and patients were commonly placed on non-personalized treatment plans. This experience ignited her passion to create a practice where patients feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.

Dr. Perez specializes in autoimmune disease, digestive and hormonal health . She views the digestive system as the body’s “first brain” and the foundation of well-being, emphasizing the importance of rest and joy as vital aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Her approach combines evidence-informed medicine with traditional world medicine to craft personalized treatment plans for optimal health at each visit.

Dr. Perez holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, a Master’s in Medical Microbiology from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and Anthropology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She has additional training in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. Outside of her practice, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, cooking, traveling, and exploring diverse cultures.
