Rich Colburn has been a Vice President in the banking industry for over twenty years. He is currently a branch manager at Umpqua Bank where he is a results-driven sales and business growth executive with extensive expertise in staff coaching and development, striving to exceed customer goals to reach mutually successful outcomes. He sits on the INM Board as a Director, drawn there by the fact that naturopathic medicine is a family affair for him.
