Nicole Beyler is a proud alumni of The University of Wisconsin – Madison. She focused her studies in statistics, philosophy, and environmental science while taking art and pilates courses to keep her mind at ease. After graduating in 2021, Nicole left Wisconsin and headed westward, landing in Seattle, WA. It was there she discovered The Institute for Natural Medicine and her passion for Food as Medicine and the brain-body connection. When she isn’t at the sunny INM office, she is finding a new restaurant to explore, trail to hike, or stranger to converse with.
