Andrew d’Ablaing is a licensed Naturopathic doctor and has served with INM since 2017. He received his Doctorate of Naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University and is currently completing his final year at NUHS for a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine. Having had first hand experience of the potential of naturopathic medicine within a primary care setting, he is passionate about bringing naturopathic medicine to the forefront of primary care and is particularly interested in its application within rural communities.

Experience
Dr. d’Ablaing’s healthcare professional experience began with becoming certified as a CNA and working at a rehab center. Eventually, he went on to work in home care as well. From both of these he learned the importance of personalized approaches to care, as well as the greater need of a holistic approach. These lessons, along with many other experiences, were really what propelled him into studying and gave him a passion for naturopathic medicine.
Throughout Andrew’s Naturopathic education he’s been involved with not only working to develop his skills (herbal formulation practice, supplementary study, etc.) but has also been extensively involved in the education of peers, and the education of the public about the medicine. A major part of this involvement has been joining INM where he has had the opportunity to help significantly in the advancement of public knowledge on the subject (starting with article posting/editing and eventually website/database development).
Education
Graduated from Bryan College with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts with an emphasis of Math and Sciences. From there went on to study Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University and currently in last year of study in the Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine at NUHS. Have also completed training and education with the New England School of Homeopathy and The Seattle Nature Cure Clinic (including courses in CST, Kiniseo Taping, and Advanced Joint Manipulation). Additionally, pursued further supplementary study in acupuncture and oriental medicine at Bastyr University and NUHS.
