Kathy Duerr is a mom who raised her children to make healthy lifestyle choices, and used natural non-intrusive home remedies whenever possible, with the support of a  naturopathic family physician. All Dr. Mom advice should be considered in collaboration with your physician. This advice is meant for informational use only.
